Short Biography
Grace H. Yoon is a postdoctoral researcher with prior experience across academia, government, and nonprofit spaces in global health and implementation science. She completed her doctoral studies in public health and epidemiology at University of Basel, exploring qualitative (i.e., sociocultural dynamics and preferences), behavioral (i.e., role of social endorsements on treatment attitudes), and systemic (i.e., system-side costs) aspects of implementing a primarily remote treatment program to improve alcohol use outcomes in Lesotho. Grace completed a Masters in Health Services and Systems Research at Boston University. Her current interests include interdisciplinary and intersectoral research to improve health services and outcomes of vulnerable populations, fostering reproducibility in research, and leveraging health and socioeconomic data to inform targeted strategies for health interventions.
