Short Biography
Dr. Elise Dumas is a biostatistician whose research is focused on causal inference and real-world evidence, with a particular emphasis on improving the care of patients with breast cancer. She is currently an SNSF Ambizione Fellow at the Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Prevention Institute, EBPI, University of Zurich, UZH, . Her research is interdisciplinary, integrating statistical methodology and clinical applications, with a particular interest in target trial emulation, time-varying treatment strategies, survival analysis, use of medico-administrative datasets and the optimisation of follow-up care and adherence to endocrine therapy.
