The registration fee is CHF 50. Lunch, coffee and tea will be served as well as the EpiTeaching Dinner on January 19, 2026.

10 EpiTeaching Scholarships
Important Information
The Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Prevention Insitute (EBPI) offers 10 EpiTeaching Scholarships for participants from low-and middle-income countries. An EpiTeaching scholarship includes financial support (CHF 1500) to cover travel and hotel costs (the costs of max. CHF 1500 will be reimbursed to the grantee after the meeting) and a waiver of the registration fee of CHF 50. If you are interested (and fulfil the eligibility criterion), please send us your letter of motivation (max. 1 page) and your CV by November 7, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Based on these two documents, the OC will decide who will receive the EpiTeaching Scholarship by November 12, 2025 and the grantees will be informed accordingly.
