Colonization with multidrug resistant enteropathogens in travellers to Southeast Asia

Travelling is a known risk factor for becoming colonized with multidrug resistant enteric pathogens. This study assesses factors which facilitate or prevent the gastrointestinal colonization with multidrug resistant enteric pathogens in travellers to Southeast Asia. Travellers who travel for up to 4 weeks are screened before departure and after return.
