Work related sense of coherence Work-SoC

The division Public and Organizational Health developed the concept and measure of work-related sense of coherence (Work-SoC), based on the original works of Aaron Antonovsky. The 9 item scale has been translated into English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Chinese, amongst others. This ongoing project aims to advance the concept of Work-SoC.
