Successful organizational health interventions: identifying the relevant context and process factors on team level

The project aims at examining relevant factors of the implementation process
and the team context for successful organizational health interventions. It builds on several intervention studies conducted by our research division over the last years.
By identfying success factors on the team level, researchers and professionals will be able to monitor these, adapt implementation activities as early as possible, and even try to change the team context step by step to enable more effective interventions to improve health at work.
