Booking the Right Service for You

We offer a variety of services. When booking an appointment via the booking tool below, please make sure to select the correct service so that we do not have to rebook you. If you are not sure which appointment to book, please consult the “Our Services” tab for a description of each of our appointment options. If you are still not sure, you are welcome to either call or email us for advice. 

Please note, if you need a yellow fever vaccination, please book an appointment for a Travel Consultation. If you book only a vaccination appointment, we will not be able to see you and you will have to reschedule.  

Note about Group Size:

If you would like to visit us with a partner, your family or a group, please pay attention when booking your appointment with us to be sure that you book the correct appointment based on your group size.

Please check back regularly as appointments are made available on a rolling basis. 

Please note that even with an appointment, waiting times may occur. 

Means of payment

If you have a Swiss health insurance, we will send an Invoice for our services directly to your insurance for clarification (relevant for all except Assura). Depending on the service and your insurance, not all of our services may be covered. Your health insurance company will send you a bill for anything it will not cover. We cannot tell you with certainty what your insurance will cover and what it will not, so please clarify this yourself with your health insurance before your appointment with us.

If you are self-payer and/or not insured by a Swiss health insurance, you must pay for your service at the time of your visit. We accept cash, Twint and all major debit and credit cards (except American Express). 

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know either via email at or simply follow the cancellation instructions in your appointment confirmation email.

Please note that if you do not notify us of your cancellation at least three hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a flat fee of 30 CHF.
