EBPhD Student Johannes Bracher accepted for course at the Institut Pasteur

Johannes Bracher, PhD student in the Epidemiology and Biostatistics PhD Program, has been selected to participate in the two-week "Modeling of Infectious Diseases" course organized by the Institut Pasteur. The Institut Pasteur has been a leader in infectious disease prevention and control for over a century. The Institute has been responsible for key discoveries that have lead to breakthroughs in the control of diphtheria, tetanus, tuberculosis, poliomyelitis, influenza, yellow fever and plague.
The course will be held in Paris from March 27th - April 7th, 2017 and will cover a
broad range of topics from mathematical modeling of infectious disease dynamics
to statistical inference and software packages.
