EBPI Researchers contributed to the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Conference in London. Milo Puhan gave a symposium titled "The extra-pulmonary consequences of an exacerbation." Anja Frei gave a talk on "Physical activity and risk of comorbidities in patients with COPD" and also shared her poster on self-management of COPD patients in primary care. Claudia Steurer Stey and Kaba dalla Lana presented their study on the effectiveness of the "living well with COPD" intervention" in primary care, which already won a research prize at the annual meeting of the Swiss Society of Pulmonary Medicine. Thomas Radtke presented his poster titled "Aerobic exercise capacity in cystic fibrosis – Does CFTR genotype matter?" and PhD Student Sarah Crook shared her poster on "A multicentre validation of the 1-minute sit-to-stand test in COPD patients".
