I have a background in bio, spatial, and computational statistics and joined the Group of Prof. Dr. Leonhard Held in 2021 as a research scientist. From 2019 to 2021, I was a PostDoc with Prof. Dr. Douglas Nychka at the Colorado School of Mines and the National Center for Atmospheric Research, CO, USA. Before that, I was a PostDoc and PhD student in the group of Prof. Dr. Reinhard Furrer, UZH, and one of the first students of the Master Program in Biostatistics at UZH.
