EBPI researchers develop
the COPD Pocket Guide

Claudia Steurer Stey and Kaba Dalla Lana  developed and updated a comprehensive COPD Pocket Guide, summarizing  evidence based key elements of COPD care. The aim is to guide and support health professionals to reach existing quality standards in COPD care and decrease unwanted practice variation. The tool also includes verified and practical instruments and links for patient assessment, counseling  and health promotion in areas like smoking cessation, physical activity, self management and vaccination.

The COPD Pocket Guide is already available in German and will be published in Italian and French, next year.
