Publication: Following cancer prevention recommendations - a way to reduce deaths?

EBPI researchers Tina Lohse, David Fäh, Matthias Bopp, and Sabine
Rohrmann recently published their finding that following official cancer prevention recommendations (World Cancer Research Fund/American Institute for Cancer Research) is associated with reduced all-cause and cancer deaths. About 8% of premature cancer deaths are estimated to be preventable, if people follow these recommendations.

This publication (link) is part of Tina Lohse’s PhD thesis and is published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, on behalf of the Swiss National Cohort Study Group (SNC).
